The present investigation was planned to assess genetic diversity for yield, yield contributing traits and quality traits in threehundred indigenous germplasm of bread wheat.The germplasm along with 4 checks were evaluated in augmented design atthe Crop Research Centre of G.B.Pant University FISHING REELS of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar during 2008-09.

On the basis ofdissimilarity coefficient, these genotypes were grouped into twenty three clusters each having certain mean value forcharacters under study.The genotypes 1/4 Zip Sweat bearing desired value from different clusters can be used in breeding program forimprovement of yield as well as quality characters.
